  • Guest：Overall loved the property. Staff was incredibly nice. The concierge can be overwhelming when you first walk through the door, but all it takes is to tell them you're not interested in a sales pitch and it's not a hassle. We didn't stay in Midtown so we could spend our vacation inside, so size of room didn't bother us a bit. It's small, but it's Manhattan. We could see the ESB from our room! Rooftop bar has amazing vibe and view of ESB, but drinks are crazy over-priced. Not worth going back for people staying there, IMO. Which is disappointing considering the rare view. Otherwise, no complaints.

  • Guest：The gentleman manager upon check in was not very professional nor well informed. Not friendly staff upon checkin.
  • Guest：The concierge kept trying to sell us on Marriot vouchers. They did not offer to help us with our experience, they were trying to sell me more. I felt hounded by staff upon entering and exiting hotel every time. That was annoying. The room and facilities were great
